Horsepower is a unit of power and cannot be converted to torque. Torque and power are different physical quantities.
You must know your rpm in order to answer this:
Power = Torque x rotation speed
in SI units P [w] = τ [Nm] ω [rad/s]
1 rad/s is roughly 10 rpm
1 hp is around 476 W
