Can a human run at 60 mph if they practice running or will their heart just explode from running at such speed?

A human simply cannot run 60 mph. Olympic athletes can run about 15 mph for one mile. (the 4 minute mile). It's not your heart that explodes, it's that our muscles are not sufficient and we're not aerodynamic enough.
