In Fallout 3, after you enslave someone, they will run to Paradise Falls and upon entering, they will disappear from the game, implied to have been sold into slavery. This means that you cannot visit anyone you have enslaved. This does not apply to characters enslaved for the Strictly Business quest however (Red, Flak, Arkansas, and Susan Lancaster). The four of them can be found in the slave house which is just behind the door on the wall in the slave pen.
