The Start Trek: TNG series finale was on May 23, 1994. Deep Space 9 began in 1993. It was also the only Trek series to run alongside other Trek series through its entire run; Star Trek: The Next Generation from 1993-1994, and Star Trek: Voyager from 1995-1999.

At what age do female vulcans enter their first pon farr and when does their seven year cycle of pon farr begin?

Nobody knows.
Some say at the same age than male vulcans.
Some believe when their mate enters pon farr.
All vulcans can mate at any time, without the pon farr.
It appears to specific to the vulcan. While T'Pal experienced her first at 65 and Spock (prime) experienced his first at 30, all indications are that pon farr begins around the time the body moves into adulthood. It is not necessary for a vulcan to be experiencing pon farr to mate. Mating is also not the only way for a vulcan to release themselves from pon farr.
