No , but they had Baths . In Rome all citizens were required to bath at least once a week , so the Romans constructed many grand bath houses , the cost of admission was also very cheap , it would be about a cent in our culture. At the bath houses , Romans would sit in pools of hot ,cold , or lukewarm water and discuss things such as politics , wars and history. If you ever go to Europe I suggest you go to the Baths of Diocletion .
