No, although there are certainly some Jews who oppose Jesus Christ and Christianity, just as there are Christians who oppose Judaism. There is no religious tenet of Judaism that requires opposing Jesus Christ. Jewish religious books were written long before he was born.

It's not that Jews "oppose" Christianity or any Christian figure; it is more accurate to say that Jesus did not fit the Hebrew/Jewish definition of who or what the Messiah/Moshiach will do.

Christianity sees Jesus as the Messiah. Jesus himself said he was the fulfillment of the law and the prophets. Most Jews in the modern world would say yes, there was a man named Jesus_bar_Joseph, and that he was a teacher and a miracle worker. Some Jews would be considerate and call Jesus a prophet but not a messiah.
