Hello Natasha!

Well, in my opinion, I have seem many people who are so called "obese" practically move mountains. They have a 9 to 5 job, they get up early to take their children to school and such; it doesn't look like being obese slows them down much.

I am 5'2" and I weight 125 pounds and I can't get out of bed sometimes. I don't go out and a little walk over-works me highly. My husband and I are both artists.

Sometimes determination is stronger than body power. If you want to do something, you are not going to let something as small as weight slow you down. I have seen people who look like sticks, lazying around in the street. Doing nothing but drinking, taking it easy and living off the government.

So in conclusion, mind determination is the one that truly runs you down. If you are concerned that you are over-weight go to the doctor, get checked and start going on 2 mile walks per day. Before you know it, you will be stronger even though your weight may not come off. Some people are obese due to their family DNA, and not because they swallow everything they see.

Good luck! :)
