I assume you mean barium sulfate. Barium sulfate is extremely insoluble in water, but ammonium chloride is very water soluble. You could simply suspend the mixture in water (even hot water) and filter the material. The solid is the barium sulfate, and the solution is an ammonium chloride solution. This question has been asked and answered several times on this website.
