Visit Special:UploadAvatar and upload a small picture that you have saved on your computer.
Your image must be a jpeg, png, or gif.
Your image must be less than 100kb in size.
The image can be a photo of you or a picture that represents you, like a character. The image must be family friendly
The picture will be shown next to questions you ask. If you become a featured user, your avatar will be shown on the home page. In the future, avatars of people answering questions will probably be shown on the question page. Random avatars may also be displayed on the home page or elsewhere on Wikianswers or Wikia.
Avatar uploads and deletions are logged at Special:Log/avatar. Admins can delete avatars using Special:RemoveAvatar.
