The easiest and best way to prepare hard-boiled eggs (the kind you can eat or use as Easter eggs):
Put eggs in a saucepan and add enough water to cover them completely.
Put pan on high heat on the stove until the water is boiling. Turn the heat off, put a lid on the pan, and leave alone for 15 minutes or more. Then drain water and your eggs are perfect!
If you are going to dye them for Easter eggs, let them cool off and dry fully before coloring.
