To prepare fruit salad , select at least 4 different fruits , a good combination is half citrus and half others. Wash and peel fruits that need it, then get a bowl that will contain most of the whole fruits. Cut the fruits in segments, then cut into pieces , about the size of a grape, adding the peices to the bowl. You could sprinkle a little sugar on top and mix, if the fruits are too tart, this will also bring out some of the juices, Refridgerate till cool, or cold , your preference. All the above can be done with canned fruit , choosing as many as you can packed in their own juice.
