ANSWER - this is a difficult question for a 4th grade math problem. Call it that chicago math aka JUNK math.
create a PIE ( I love pizza) with 5 slices. Shade two of the slices. Call those two, 12, and divide 12 by 2, therefore every slice is 6. Now to get the value of ONE, multiple 6 by 5 (the total pie slice count). The answer is 30, one is 30 - stupid chicago math...sounds like BHO's healthcare/tax and spend/QE1/QE2/"insert any government program here" math. Now have a 4th grader figue that out.
