Thanks for the information regarding redirects for incomplete questions. The interface on this site is extremely poor, as I discovered that typing something into the 'Ask a question' box, which resembles a search engine, creates a new question file. That probably explains why we have so many incomplete and nonsensical questions being asked. And here I thought it was just folks on Twitter being silly...
