The best one I know of is a special seasoning called Montreal steak spice, it's one of the best seasonings I've had . Sprinkle a thin layer on both sides, not too much, let sit at room temp. about 20 min., fire up the barby, high heat, for steak 1 in. thick , med rare , about 4-5 min per side, only flip once , unless there is a lot of flare-up in this case keep a water spray bottle handy , use sparingly so as not to cool down too much
