"Though shalt not commit murder." This one basically means that you will not destroy or ruin someone's life, and was originally intended to imply this same concept aside from literally killing someone.

Or, If you are Christian you can use Jesus' One commandment: "Love your neighbor." If you love your fellow man, you will not ruin a person's reputation.
