Like other major religions, buddhists may wear whatever clothing they like.

 However, there are shades of Gold/yellow and Crimson/red that are considered 'special' You will often see monks wearing one or both of these colours.
 A practising buddhist may also wear a string of beads called Mala beads, these are used for meditation, to count incantations or prayers etc etc 
 In short there is no 'uniform'. A buddhist would tell you 'My clothes are always changing"
