If you owe someone something and are helpless otherwise to deny their request, you say 'Your wish is my command' (which is, by the way, a metaphor) meaning whatever said person says, you do -no matter what- because of the circumstances you're in. However, this phrase is usually used sarcastically when you only say it to exaggerate the situation you're in.
