There are lots of healthy meals that kids love! Remember, it's important to cover the four food groups: meats, dairy, grains, and fruits & vegetables. Here's a list of some of the good stuff that my parents fixed for me when I was a kid.

- Grilled turkey and cheese sandwich with tomato soup
- Spaghetti and meatballs with bread
- Chicken pot pie
- Baked chicken with cheesy broccoli (it sounds crazy, but kids seem to love broccoli!)
- Tortellini with meat sauce and apple wedges
