If an 11 year old wants to lose weight, and fast, dont eat fast foods, chocolatey snacks, unhealthy foods. eat fruits and vegies, salads, and stuff like that. Play outside for about 60 minutes. Only eat when your hungry and dont ever eat when your parents are looking. Calculate how many calories you burn a day and that will do it. Good luck!
