Ratios and time / distance. Learn a slide rule (circular). Conversions, fractions and ratios, angles, addition, subtraction and multiplication. You will have to understand (if not compute) the basics of physics.

Sounds complicated. It probably isn't.  :) I'd recommend contacting a local school which specializes in this kind of education.
