From the brilliant writer, Douglas Adams. He mentioned the phrase late in the first book of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy as what the dolphins said when they left Earth when it was about to be destroyed. The phrase was repeated later in the series, as it became the name of one of the books.
