History of Wikianswers |
Wikianswers was born on November 2, 2004. It was Wikia, Inc's first ever wiki, originally located at wikianswers.wikicities.com. Wikianswers was revived at the start of 2009 with new features to make it easier to ask, answer, and discover questions. During 2009, lots of new questions were asked via a Wikianswers widget that appeared across thousands of Wikia, Inc sites. Today, 6,990,529 edits have been made to 1,094,078 questions. Wikianswers editions exists in more than 60 languages.
