Bureaucrats are users who have special powers that allow them to alter user rights. Bureacrats can make other users into administrators and bureaucrats, and they can grant rollback rights to trusted users.
If you would like to become a bureaucrat go to the forum and create a post with a prefix "Bureaucrat request-" followed by your user name. You will need to include a reason why you should become a sysop. You should also add {{bureaucrat request}} to your userpage, and once you are granted sysop status you must add {{bureaucrat}} to your userpage.
