Yes. - there is no oxygen to breathe. Saturns winds approach a thousand miles an hour at the equator. The outer part of Saturn's atmosphere is made up of 96.7% hydrogen, 3% helium, 0.2% methane and 0.02% ammonia. There are also very small amounts of acetylene, ethane and phosphine.
